2. Service Description
Money Sarge is an AI-powered financial education and coaching platform. It provides missions, investment blueprints, and daily guidance to help you improve your financial habits. Money Sarge is NOT a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
3. No Financial Advice
All content, missions, blueprints, and suggestions provided by Money Sarge are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, or legal advice. You should always consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions. Money Sarge does not guarantee any specific financial outcomes.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You may not share your account with others.
5. Subscription & Payments
Free tier features are available without payment. Premium subscriptions (Sergeant, Commander) are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Money Sarge, attempt to gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the service, or use it for illegal purposes. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
Money Sarge is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, damages, or outcomes resulting from your use of the platform or following any educational suggestions provided.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
